At our Hospice Residence or in the comfort of your own home, we provide state-of-the-art palliative care and supportive services to enhance the quality and dignity of life for those living with a palliative illness and their families.
Hospice is a promise of comfort where skilled professionals and volunteers work in partnership with a patient’s care team and community partners to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support along with compassionate care for the whole family in both their home and within our 10-suite residential care facility. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and support from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, all programs and services are offered at no cost for our community.
